The most recent 2021-22 Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) report submission for PM-Partners group demonstrates that our business workplace profile is evenly split in regard to the total number of female and male workers (53.8% Males vs 44.6% Females plus 1.5% Non-Binary). Being that the nature of our business is as a Professional Services Advisory we recruit and select project management professionals and place such individuals with our clients in accordance with them having the required background, skill set and knowledge for each specific client engagement. Therefore, although we actively strive to achieve gender equality and are proud to have a fairly balanced workforce composition, occasionally this can equate to there being some variation between the gender composition of our workforce depending on the nature of the specific client engagements that become available.
