PM-Partners is part of a global team helping Roche transform to Scaled Agile® (SAFe®) across its medical research teams. One recent engagement in the area of cell and gene therapy (CGT), involved transitioning an existing industrialisation programme (CGTi) to SAFe^® to support a more patient-centric value stream.
