I have been with PM-Partners as a facilitator for 3.5 years now.

What is your specialty?

I have many talents but my specialty is Agile Transformation.

The last head count was three.

Number of pets

Four pets – I have a busy household.

Favourite place

You can’t beat being on top of a mountain with skis on your feet.

Favourite meal

I can never say no to hot wings and a cold beer with a good ol’ hockey game on the TV – yes, I am Canadian.

What do you love about your job as a facilitator?

I love the realisation of a participants potential.

What advice do you like to offer your students?

You only get out what you put in so I encourage them to be a part of the conversation.

If you weren’t doing what you do today, what other job would you have?

I always liked the idea of being a Human Resources Officer, I am a people person.

Name your favourite book, movie or TV show, and why?

Hands down my favourite movie is Top Gun – because “I feel the need for speed!”
