What do you love about your job as a facilitator?

Helping our clients to be successful and having fun doing it together.

What advice do you like to offer your students?

Think about how to use what you have learnt to help your colleagues.

If you weren’t doing what you do today, what other job would you have?

That’s easy! Development and charity work.

Name your favourite book, movie or TV show, and why?

If I have to pick just one favourite book, it would be The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho.

Share something with us that not many people know about you

I love development work and helping out charities. My main focus is orphaned or abandoned children born with HIV ensuring they have access to education and care, plus sustainable agriculture to provide for them.

Mark’s bio

Mark is a highly experienced organisational change and program manager with an impressive track record delivering complex transformation, business change, and ICT programs for leading international private and public sector organizations as well as NGOs across Asia, Australia, EMEA and the America’s. Mark has combined his expertise in business transformation and Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver best practice solutions for our clients to achieve sustainable improvement in business performance.

Mark is a Master’s degree qualified Organisational Psychologist from the University of NSW as well as a certified Scrum, Agile and SAFe Trainer. Mark has been a senior Consultant with PM-Partners since 2018 and has diverse experience in many industries.
