“We have recognised and acted on the need to increase our geographical coverage and to provide increased services to our customers,” said Ken Sheargold, Chief Executive Officer at PM-Partners group. “This integration into a globally large group means we can offer services working directly with the endorsement of a highly successful global business. Importantly, becoming part of OSI means we now have greater access to globally proven systems, processes and information to offer increased value to our customers.”
Mr. Masaki Motegi, Senior Executive Director & Head of Overseas and Domestic Engineering Business Division at OUTSOURCING Inc.: “We have provided outsourcing, recruitment, staffing services extensively to clients both in private and public sectors, mainly in Japan, Australia, New Zealand and England. We are expecting the management team to strive for continuous growth, while we will be working closely and cooperatively with them to maximise group synergies.”
Following completion of the sale, PM-Partners group will remain standalone in operation as a specialist arm in improving components for existing and new customers. It will continue to deal directly with customers with the same staff from the same location and benefit from the support of OSI whilst remaining a specialist supplier.
The change of ownership takes effect on 3 Sep 2018. PM-Partners group will still trade under the name “Project Management Partners group” with its IP, brand, staff and systems remaining in place.
