Together with Victoria's public sector executives, we are supporting the shift from digital experimentation to embedded, scalable delivery. As the state launches its AI Mission Statement and strengthens the foundations of its digital economy, government organisations are moving beyond fragmented pilots toward integrating AI, data and digital innovation into the everyday systems that power services, policy and decision-making.

This showcase focuses on practical transformation across three defining areas: digital services and customer experience, technology and data integration, and AI-enhanced productivity. Through keynotes, panels and case studies, attendees will explore how to lift productivity, improve service delivery, and build trust through responsible adoption—while modernising legacy systems and strengthening resilience across government.
