ITIL 4 Specialist: High-Velocity IT Overview
The ITIL 4 Specialist: High-Velocity IT certification is a module that delves into the functioning of digital organisations and digital operating models in high-velocity environments. As technology and digitalisation continue to advance rapidly, organisations must adapt and operate at a high velocity to remain competitive and meet customer demands.
This certification is designed for IT managers and practitioners who work in digital or highly automated environments, as well as those involved in delivering digital products and services. It is particularly relevant for individuals engaged in digital transformation initiatives and those transitioning to Lean, Agile, or DevOps ways of working.

ITIL 4 Specialist: High-Velocity IT (HVIT)
This course includes the HVIT online exam which consists of:
- 40 questions
- Multiple choice
- 28 out of 40 marks required to pass (70%)
- 90 minutes
- Closed book
This exam is a prerequisite for obtaining the ITIL 4 Managing Professional designation.
ITIL 4 Managing Professional (ITIL MP)
ITIL MP is an ITIL stream that provides practical and technical knowledge about how to run successful IT enabled services, teams and workflows. To obtain the ITIL PM designation, you must complete the following four modules:
- ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support
- ITIL 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value
- ITIL 4 Specialist: High-Velocity IT
- ITIL 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve
On successful completion of all four modules, you will automatically receive the ITIL 4 Managing Professional designation.
SITTING YOUR EXAM

Your certification will need to be renewed within three years of its original certification date. Please refer to PeopleCert for more information.

PeopleCert provide you with the opportunity to sit your exam knowing that if the outcome is not what you expected, you could have another attempt, at a fraction of the exam price.
PeopleCert administers the ITIL 4 Specialist: High-Velocity IT examination scheme. PM-Partners is an accredited partner of PeopleCert (Partner ID: 3800).
Participants must hold a current ITIL 4 Foundation certification as a prerequisite for studying High-velocity IT module.

IS THIS A CERTIFIED COURSE?
Yes. The exam for this course is to be undertaken online, after the course. Upon passing the exam you will be certified.
IS THE EXAM FEE INCLUDED?
Yes. The exam fee is included in the course cost.

- Bank Transfer: We cannot guarantee your registration(s) until your payment is cleared (bank transfers take 3 days to process). Instructions for payment by bank transfer will be provided at the end of the order process.
- Invoice: An invoice will be sent to you after you complete the booking. Payment is required 14 days before the course start date. If you're buying within 14 days, you need to arrange payment ASAP with a minimum of 72 hours before course start date.
